EntrevistAI is a Chrome extension designed to assist users during job interviews by analyzing real-time subtitles from Google Meet and generating AI-powered response suggestions. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

EntrevistAI accesses the following information: - Google Meet subtitles: text generated in real time during calls - User email address (for account and billing purposes) - User-uploaded documents (e.g., CV or notes, optional) - Basic technical data (logs, usage, errors)

We use this data only for one purpose: To generate real-time AI suggestions that help users respond during interviews. Specifically: - Subtitles are processed instantly to detect questions - AI generates short suggested answers - The suggestions are displayed to the user in real time

- We DO NOT store or retain Google Meet subtitles - Subtitles are processed in real time and immediately discarded - We DO NOT sell, rent, or share this data with third parties User account data (email, credits) may be stored securely for service functionality.

To provide our service, we use secure third-party providers: - OpenAI: for AI processing - Hosting providers (e.g., Vercel): backend infrastructure - Database/storage providers (e.g., Supabase): account data These services process data only as necessary to operate the product.

EntrevistAI uses user data strictly to provide its core functionality. We explicitly state that: - We do not sell user data - We do not use data for advertising - We do not use data for unrelated purposes - We do not transfer data except as required to operate the service or comply with legal obligations

Users can: - Stop using the extension at any time - Remove the extension from Chrome - Contact us to request deletion of stored account data

We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access.
